In Soldeu-El Tarter it's warmer than in Andorra's capital, where the skiing areas are too exposed. So you won't have your hands numb, and catch an annoying cold to destroy the rest of your vacation....As I did. Skiing and snowboarding in that Soldeu part of the Pyrenees is better, I agree... And it's only 18 km far from Andorra, with buses running hourly till 8 pm.
